This is an architectural project comprising 3 office buildings, a hotel and shopping malls with 22 floors and a fourth, 14 story, office building with nearly 1,000 parking spaces. It will be the access point to the Fira 2 en L’Hospitalet del Llobregat area.It will possibly be considered the leading construction project to be undertaken in the upcoming years in Barcelona.
The main factor making this construction project relevant to ULMA Construcción is the use of two Automatic Climbing Formwork Systems for constructing the foundations of the three office buildings, as these are technically very complex systems.
