The building has two stories constructed in concrete and a third story made of metal structure. The first floor is concrete joist slab of 82x82 temporary block, 14 rib and a thickness of 40+7 with a free height of 4m and a surface area of 120,000 m2, while the top floor is a voided slab with lights up to 16 m, 58+7 wide, and free heights: 5.78 m and 7.93 m and a total surface area of 85,000 m2.
RECUB Horizontal Formwork was used on the first floor and MESA VR was used on the top floor. It is important to point out that this was the first construction project in which MESA VR, supported by ALUPROP Props, was used anywhere in South Spain. For this reason, it was important to ULMA Construcción to win the bid for this project. Thanks to the resources provided by the technical team and the good logistical coordination, it was possible to carry out the construction work in the timeframes set, achieving the expected performance from the products.
